By completing this application, you agree to abide by our request and/or rules. The applicant also agrees that the graphics and content that will be provided are copyright material that may not be used without the expressed permission of Uneet Co. Inc.

You may only use the banners and text links that we supply to you unless other arrangements are agreed to and approved by us. Banner and text links may only target "Recapturehair.com". Change of target other than Recapturehair.com will result in immediate dismissal of affiliate status.

We will process all orders placed by customers who click through links from your site to our site that have the special html code with your unique ID#. We will take care of the complete order from credit card processing, packing, shipping and any customer service problems that should arise.

We will track sales made by customers who click on one of our links on your site that have the special html code with your unique ID#. After you choose your user name and password, you will be able to view your stats.

You will earn commissions on sales, excluding costs for shipping and taxes. The total commissions as tracked on your statistics page reflect the actual commissions from Net Sales.

Commission will be calculated on net sales when a customer clicks through one of our specially coded links from your site to our site. Our online order system will track customer orders so that the respective affiliate is given credit for the net sale.

We also have a special code on our online mail order forms, which mentions the name of the affiliate. We encourage customers to print these online order forms. We will also track commissions for net sales for the appropriate affiliate whenever their name appears on mailed in order forms.

In addition, we also ask customers to mention the name of the referrer (affiliate) whenever they make a telephone order so that orders may be tracked for affiliates. The refferer's name may easily found on our site.

However we are concerned about giving affiliates credit for sales they generate whenever possible. Please note, commissions are not paid on books listed and hyperlinked to Amazon.com. For marketing reasons, books are listed to lend credibility to our site.

The current commission fee on the Net Sale is: 10%

Affiliates will also earn 2% for any Net Sales from new affiliates who sign up directly under them. You will not, however, receive Referral Commissions from Qualifying Sales generated from Links hosted by Affiliates of your Affiliates.

If a sale is registered but subsequently the credit card is declined or the payment is not received or the products are returned for a refund or it turns out to be a fraudulent order resulting in a charge back, the sale will not be considered finalized and the commission will be deducted from unpaid commissions.

We will pay you commission fees on a monthly basis. Approximately 15 days following the end of preceding month, we will send you a check providing accumulated commissions exceed 25 dollars for the previous month(s) commissions.

We grant you a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the our banners, links and trademarks containing our logo for the purpose of identifying your site as a Recapturehair.com Affiliate participant for the purposes of generating product sales. You may not change, alter or modify any of our banners, links and trademarks containing our logo any way. Such misuse of this right will result in the termination of this Agreement.

Either you or Recapturehair.com may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you will immediately remove, all of our banners and text links on your site.

We may change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion. A revised agreement will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you furnished on your original application and posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Your continued participation in the Recapturehair.com Affiliate Program following a change or modification in the agreement which will be e-mailed to you and posted on our site will constitute a binding acceptance of the change. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, these terms and conditions and disclaimers, at any time.

We do not allow any unsolicited email or newsgroup spamming of the affiliate pages. We have a zero tolerance policy. Absolutely no spam or unsolicited email. We will also seek legal action for any lost earnings with any affiliate that does not follow this rule. Please understand that this is for our protection and the protection of our affiliates.

Membership in the Affiliate program is subject to review and approval by Uneet Co. Inc. Uneet Co. Inc. reserves the right to withhold approval of membership in the Affiliate Program for any reason or for no reason.

You and Recapturehair.com (Uneet Co. Inc.) are separate businesses , and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, franchise, or employment relationship between You and Recapturehair.com
